Apollo 9
On March 13, the San Diego Air & Space
Museum will celebrate the 50th Anniversary
of the flight of Apollo 9! Meet the entire
three-person crew - James McDivitt, David
Scott and Rusty Schweickart - as well as
flight directors Gerry Griffin, Gene Kranz
and more! Where on earth could you
possibly meet real astronauts!?!?

Hosted by The Academy of Our Lady of Peace, the
Fifth Annual Women’s Symposium on March 15th is an
opportunity to be inspired by and learn from a panel of
female leaders. Funds raised by the event, co-chaired
by Danitza Villanueva and Francesca Castagnola, will
benefit the OLP Alumnae Scholarship Fund.

Mariachi Festival &
Competition
The 7th Annual Mariachi Festival &
Competition will take place at Bayside Park
on March 10th. The festival is a unique
cultural experience that will feature live
entertainment by the competing student
mariachi groups. There will also be family
friendly fun such as extreme water sports
and a wrestling exhibition.
