What brought you to Iceland?
Just your usually story, girl goes to Australia,
girl meets boy in Australia, boy happens to
be Icelandic, girl looks on map to figure out
where in the hell Iceland is, fast forward 3
years later, girl officially moves to Iceland to
be with boy.
What has inspired your living room
remodel?
With my one year expativersary coming up
I knew it was finally time to make my home
abroad feel like ‘home’ and not just a temporary place. I wanted to bring some colors into
my living room and with the fall colors coming out strong here in Iceland I was inspired
to bring some of those earthy tones into my
home to create a cozy space.
What are some things you’ve done in
your living room to make it feel more like
‘home’?
Adding in colors, art, even DIY crafts, can
let you reflect you and your personality and
make your space abroad feel more like home!
Those days when I am feeling homesick are
a bit easier now that I have a homey space to
come back to.
