Create your own mood board!
By Lena Fäustle from Mahalolena.com
Moving to a new city
is scary. When I first
moved to Amsterdam, I needed a way to deal with the
daily chaos that comes with relocating to a new life.
So I developed a technique to get my thoughts out of
my head and onto the table.
I started compiling my ideas into a visual composition
of images, quotes, postcards and small objects, called
a mood board.
My mood board is a collage of anything that I find
inspirational or useful for achieving my goals or
documenting my life and mood.
The purpose of a mood board is to explore new ideas,
get in touch with our intuition and remind us what is
important in our lives abroad.
What you put on your mood board reflects who you
are, how you feel and gives insight into your
emotional rollercoaster.
Hang your mood board somewhere you can see
it so that your goals are always present; this
encourages ideas and motivation.
