There is nothing in the world like chocolate. It is
luxurious, delightful, passionate, inspirational, sexual and
exciting to all the senses. All chocolate comes from the
whole food cacao or cocoa bean, which is produced by
the cacao tree. Raw cacao is a superfood and is one of
nature’s most fantastic foods due to it having the highest
concentration of antioxidants of any food in the world.
Cacao increases brain blood flow and enhances brain
function which improves our mood and makes us feel
happy. It is also the number one source of magnesium,
which supports the heart, relaxes muscles, increases flexibility and helps build strong bones. Magnesium widens
blood vessels, which improves the flow of blood, oxygen
and nutrients throughout the heart and body, assisting in
weight loss. Eating raw chocolate is actually healthy for us!
