friends since their boarding school days in
Sweden decided to start their own events
business on the Spanish Balearic island
of Mallorca. In this issue Isabell tells GirlGI

Why Mallorca?
I moved here as a child with my family. My
family found the island was a place where
they could easily integrate with locals,
which was important to us after having
lived in American Saudi compounds in
Riyadh. As an adult I decided to move back
to Sweden to see if my roots lay there, but I
missed Mallorca and decided to make it my
permanent home. Now I don’t want to be
anywhere else in the world.
Why did you decide to start a
business?
It had always been my dream to run my
own business. I was very drawn to the idea
of creative freedom and there is nothing
like having total freedom when developing
your own product.
