STEP # 4
Make sure your accent colour
is opaque enough to completely cover the colour of
your base coat. I have used
Rimmel Her Majesty. I like
the David Bowie feel of this
black and silver combo but
get as crazy as you like with
colour pairs.
STEP # 5
Let this layer firm up but not
dry completely.
