about one another, like a family.
Our desire, as filmmakers and storytellers, is to
put two hours of happiness in our audience’s lives.

lesson along the way.
My most difficult and longest life lesson has been
and continues to be, loving and accepting myself.
I was ridiculed throughout my childhood and
adult years. I was told I would never amount to
anything and was a hateful, mean and ugly person.
After decades of getting this message, I believed it
completely.
In my early thirties, my family stopped speaking
to me. As the next twenty years passed, I slowly
began to realize what a blessing that was. They were
the ones with the real problems, not me. I am much
more resilient these days. I’m now confident of my
view of the world and in myself. I can’t say I would
do my early years again, but I do see how that
experience shaped and strengthened me.
I wish I had a mentor, but I never did. I’ve tried
to learn from everyone I meet. I watch people and
listen closely to what they have to say. There are
lessons to be learned from successful people and
equally as important lessons about what not to do
