Exploring the Should Zone

Listening is Key

So what is a good next step to avoid the finger-pointing SHOULD ZONE?

To avoid the auto-response of deciding to go back to traditional ways in this newly burgeoning industry, we must first become listeners.

Listening openly doesn’t mean you must agree with all of the parameters. Listening is just observing, hearing the opposing view, and attempting to understand the proposed strategy at hand.

Listening does not mean you give up all of your past traditional and successful experience. Listening actually gives you the potential opportunity to apply your best experience in a beautiful way.

You just may end up teaming up with a passionate person and creating an incredible lifelong relationship that will awaken new innovative ideas within yourself.
