Step 5:
Select the lowest frequency for your CPU. These are the most conservative and safe overclocks based on our testing.
Step 6:
Test the stability of the profile you selected by following the steps under“ How to Stability Test”. If it passes, go back to Step 1 and select the next highest frequency and then test again. If your CPU fails the test, revert back to your previous profile.

Step 1: Disable power management & CPU settings under“ M. I. T.” and“ Chipset”
These power management settings may decrease the stability of your system. You can keep them enabled if you think you really need them but we suggest you disable them.
Disable the following power management settings: Intel ® Speed Shift Technology, CPU Enhanced Halt( C1E), C3 State Support, C6 / C7 State Support, and C8 State Support
