To get the member rate for 2021 an exhibitor must have been a member by October 1 , 2019 and be a member in good standing before the contract goes out .
Outdoor demonstration space is available to all exhibiting companies , first come first served . Rate for outdoor space : Up to five times your indoor space – $ 1.00 / Sq . Ft . Any additional space in excess of the allotted five times your indoor space – $ 9.00 / Sq . Ft .
Booth sizes are based on increments of 10 ’ x 10 ’
