you desire, that inner self-worth feeds directly into your confidence factor.

Your confidence factor is a direct reflection in how you show up in life. How you think, how you speak, how you act, how you dress, how you walk. Oh YES!!!

On a practical level, here are a few of my recommendation to increasing your confidence.

Tip #1

Look at yourself in the mirror every day and speak positive, confidence affirmations over your life.

Tip #2

Look and BE the part. Dress fabulously daily! All day, every day while you’re in the dating game (and even after you’ve met “the one”) when one looks good, she feels good darling!

Tip #3

I love the quote by Coco Chanel….

A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous!

Show up in life every day looking classy and fabulous. Wear your best attire. Wear your best fragrance. (I can’t tell you how many times men have complimented me on my scent and my confidence.) Same with a man wearing a handsome cologne….but that’s another conversation! HA!!

Tip #4

Is there something you’re extremely good at? Cooking, writing, dancing, crafts, whatever it is do more of it and allow others to see your talent. The more compliments you get continues to feed into your confidence factor! Who doesn’t LOVE a nice compliment?!

Let the world see you shine!

Tip #5

Lastly, step out into the world and let every person see the confidence that lives in you!
