EVERI DIGITAL PARTNERS WITH JUMPMAN IN U . K .

Everi Digital , the online gaming business of

Everi Holdings Inc ., announced the launch of its online gaming content in the U . K . through Jumpman Gaming Limited , a company licensed by the GB Gambling Commission .
Everi ’ s online content will be delivered via the company ’ s proprietary Spark Remote Game Server and aggregated through Light & Wonder , Inc . High-performing games such as Cash Machine and Diamond Hearts will be available to U . K . online players for the first time . These player-popular titles are among more than 70 engaging themes available via Spark RGS .
“ Working with Jumpman represents a significant opportunity for Everi to extend the reach of our gaming content to new players and markets ,” said Jordan Brent , Everi vice president , digital commercialization . “ The ability to offer a diverse set of titles and play mechanics to this experienced group of players within a mature market motivates us to continue to develop great gaming entertainment experiences .”
EVOLUTION CLEARED OF MISCONDUCT

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has closed its probe of iGaming software developer Evolution Gaming , finding no evidence supporting claims of alleged misconduct in serving U . S . -sanctioned markets .

The DGE launched the investigation after an anonymous report surfaced in 2021 alleging that Evolution ’ s products were available in countries under U . S . trade sanctions , such as Syria , Iran and Sudan , through the use of virtual private networks , or VPNs .
“ The NJDGE found no evidence that Evolution sanctioned , promoted , permitted or otherwise materially benefited from its content offered by operators in any market that the NJDGE considers a prohibited jurisdiction ,” a press release from Evolution said .
L & W DEBUTS DRAGON TRAIN AMID LEGAL UNCERTAINTIES

Light & Wonder announced the official North

American debut of Dragon Train , which has become the company ’ s fastest-selling game in the Australian market since its launch in 2023 . The game is now live and available to play at multiple casinos across the United States .
Dragon Train ’ s popularity and performance in Australia have set the stage for its highly anticipated entry into the U . S ., with players in Nevada , California , Kansas and Minnesota now able to experience the the game .
The theme is launching with four titles : Dragon Train Chi Lin Wins , Dragon Train Khutulun Battle Princess , Dragon Train Sun Shots and Dragon Train Forever Emperor . The company also plans to launch the title online in real-money and social channels .
However , the debut is marked with some uncertainty after Aristocrat Gaming filed suit against rival L & W , claiming that Dragon Train was developed using confidential trade secrets related to Aristocrat ’ s hit game Dragon Link .
L & W has moved to have the lawsuit dismissed , claiming it is part of a concerted effort to undermine the release of its new titles . “ Rather than competing on an even playing field … Aristocrat has contrived baseless legal claims in multiple jurisdictions coinciding with the release of L & W products in an effort to tarnish … product rollouts and drive customers away ,” L & W attorneys wrote in the motion to have the case thrown out .
Aristocrat also filed a claim against the game in Australian Federal Court .
CAESARS ACQUIRES WYNNBET MICHIGAN iGAMING OPERATIONS

aesars Entertainment announced it will acquire WynnBET ’ s Michigan iGaming operations , pending regulatory approvals , as Wynn continues to reduce its online gaming and sports betting presence .
Last August , Wynn officials said they were seeking “ higher and better uses of capital deployment ” than “ the continued requirement for outsized marketing spend through user acquisition and promotions in online sports betting .” Financial terms were not announced .
Caesars also announced a long-term extension of iGaming market access rights with the Sault Ste . Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians , providing access to the tribe ’ s online gaming platforms and operating additional digital brands in Michigan . Current customers will move to Caesars ’ Michigan iGaming platform , pending regulatory approvals .
