The droplets of rain were hitting my window. A melody was created, hypnotizing my mind and making me drunk. In less than three minutes I was out.

“Come on!” she said.

“Don’t go!” she said.

I went.

I was inside this place, unknown to the physical world, but parallel to our reality. It was so dark, so gloomy, and so unlighted, that the colors exploded excitedly. It was something uncertain for the human eye, but I was able to witness all of it. Magical creatures were gliding through the place, living beasts that are unable to inhabit the Earth.

“Jump!” she said.

“Don’t jump!” she said.

I jumped.

I was falling down the hill. The grass felt moisturized as if it has recently rained. I stood up and wandered around. The stars were filling the blue night sky. The trees were different, they were carried by tall skinny straws filled with puffy pink cotton balls. It was all incompatible to what I have seen before. I felt like a divergent being.

“Run!” she said.

“Don’t run!” she said.

I ran.

Something was behind me, chasing me. I was running away from it. I felt scared, but at the same time, the sensation of adrenaline and power were overflowing my veins. Suddenly, I started flying. Angelical wings grew behind my shoulder blades and were moving exhilaratingly. I was on top of this world, floating on top of my fantasy. For the first time in years, I was lighthearted.

“Cry!” she said.

“Don’t cry!” she said.

I cried.
