Evaluaition:
Whilst working with joomag, i worked well with being able to create pages that used inspiraitional features from other magazine ideas. I also was able to create a peice of work that is fun, intresting and interacticve to its readears. I was able to play around with joomag and learn how to edit pages add text and images, adding links and vidios to show other peices of my work and interact with the reader. I tried to create a peice of work that met all criteria but made it a fun read at the same time. I stggled using editing the text as i found that sometimes the fonts would change and text wouldnt stay in the same text box as it was, this made it difficult to edit some pages and took up more time as i had to go back and keep editing the text. I also found joomag tempremental to work with and adding links at first was difficult even after reading joomags help options some things still didnt make sense or seem to work. i found this very time consuming. If i was to do joomag again i would learn how to make my pages more creative or stick to a theme. I made smart targets to help me meet my dealine and keep ontop of tasks and work, howether i had some time of college due to being ill and personal issues and this affected me as i missed out on lessons in class and struggled to keep up with the workload. I used moodle to refer back to for lots of missed lessons and for any help, also emailing my teachers for any extra infomaition. I was given an extention which helped me spend more time completing work and perfecting my work but if i was to create a joomag again i would spend more time watching tutorials on how to work with it so i would be able to do more with it, also i would have worked harder to keep ontop of my smart targets as this would have helped me stay organised and keep up to date with given tasks. Also i struggled with the coollege taking part in extra curricular activities although i enjoyed taking part in them, it took up more of my time to work on joomag. I was aslo able to secure as part time job within fashion retail but this again made it harder for me as i had to really strech out and balence my time to make sure all work was completed by my deadline. Overall i ennjoyed this project and found it very creative and fun, next time i will work harder to meet dealines and use my smart targets in the best ways i can so that i can stay organised and have a plan every week of work to complete.
