On Oxford Street there are many multiple retailers. You also find many concessions within the department stores (Debenhams, John Lewis, House of Fraser). There is also few specialists retails located on Oxford Street (Lush).

There are small businesses (tourist and souvenirs) and large businesses (Topshop, Bershka, Primark).

The pricing policy ranges from Premium (------) to economy (Primark). There is a lot of competitor pricing as many shops sell similar products and have the same target audience (Topshop, River Island, Forever 21). In window displays, retailers use psychological pricing to bring customers in.

Merchandise ranged depending on the store. Clothing shops (H&M) had a selection of jeans, tops, coats, trousers, shoes and accessories, whereas specialized stores (Schuh) had a limited range.
