• Wednesdays - Team Games afternoon: Skittles, Boccia and Kurling.
1pm - 2.30pm, £1.50 per session. Can be practised from seated or standing and
followed by tea/coffee and a biscuit.
• Fridays - Memory sharing with photos and music and table top games.
10.30am-12pm.
Venue information: on-site café serving a 3 course lunch, 12pm - 1pm, for £5.00.
Nearest bus stop is Ealing Road; follow Nettley Road to reach Clayponds Lane on
the right-hand side.

(Please note that for London Borough of
Hounslow Sheltered Residents, each activity
costs £0.50 less per session than advertised).
Please note: If paying for a block of sessions,
they can be mixed and matched. You are
allowed one free session of each activity.
Transport may be available for some activities,
if you cannot access public transport due to
mobility problems. Please enquire about this
when you call.
Limited parking is available; however, the
nearest bus stop is the Tashbrook Road bus
stop on Bedfont Lane, when approaching
from the Feltham direction. Turn right off the
bus, Westmacott Road will be the first turning
on your left by the mini round about; Edward
Pauling House is on the right hand side.
• Mondays - Variety Programme: Skittles, Boccia and Kurling.
7 April - 26 May (except 5 May, Bank Holiday Monday) 2pm - 3.30pm. First
session free, then £2.00 per session or £10.00 for the whole programme. Play
these fun games in teams from seated or standing.
• Tuesdays - Games Afternoons: Scrabble, Chess, Darts, Draughts and
Dominoes (in partnership with Age UK). 6 May - 27 May, 2.30pm - 4pm.
FREE! Fun and relaxed afternoon playing games with friends over a hot cuppa!
Suitable for beginners and the more experienced player.
• Thursdays - Falls Prevention Programme (in partnership with NHS
Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare). 3 April - 26 June, 2pm
- 4pm. FREE! This programme is being delivered by NHS Hounslow and
Richmond Community Healthcare and includes sessions on foot health and
gentle exercises to help strengthen core and improve balance. It will benefit
people who have fallen once or twice, have poor balance, reduced mobility
or reduced confidence.
