Please note: If paying for a block of sessions, they can be mixed and matched. You are allowed one free session of each activity. Transport may be available for some activities, if you cannot access public transport due to mobility problems. Please enquire about this when you call. Limited parking is available; however, the nearest bus stop is the Tashbrook Road bus stop on Bedfont Lane, when approaching from the Feltham direction. Suitable for beginners and the more experienced player. • Thursdays - Falls Prevention Programme (in partnership with NHS Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare). 3 April - 26 June, 2pm - 4pm. FREE! This programme is being delivered by NHS Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare and includes sessions on foot health and gentle exercises to help strengthen core and improve balance. It will benefit people who have fallen once or twice, have poor balance, reduced mobility or reduced confidence.
