Our spectacular private Clubhouse proudly sits at the base of Blue Mountain and boasts fabulous views of the Niagara Escarpment . The Clubhouse itself lends to a warm and welcoming atmosphere , allowing your guests to feel comfortable and at ease , while enjoying total privacy and scenic views . Ceremonies at the TSC are generally enjoyed indoors ; the large windows throughout the Club provide beautiful natural light . Our expansive patio is perfect for pre and post celebration cocktails and receptions . Enjoy the sunshine , mountainous views , and the starry sky at night .
Because our food and beverage team operates seasonally , we are unique in that while we offer our venue as a rental , we do not provide food and beverage for off-season events . This sets us apart from other venues in the area , in that it allows you the flexibility to choose your own vendors , and most importantly , host your own bar ! This can result in substantial financial savings , as well as allow you to choose your own spirits .
We are also a short walk or drive to Blue Mountain Village , where there is an abundance of accommodation , as well as restaurants , nightlife and activities for your guests to enjoy !
Availability May 1 - October 31 Through the months of Spring , Summer and Fall , the TSC opens its doors to private venue rentals . During the ski season ( November through April ), our members have 7-day access to the Clubhouse , and as such , we do not take private bookings through those months . Venue Rental Fee : $ 4000.00 plus HST .
Includes Dining Room , Marche and T-bar , which comfortably accommodates up to 240 people for dinner service and has a built in dance floor . There is a raised area to showcase the head table backed by a fireplace . The private patio area backs on to the mountain . Prices include a single consultation meeting , as well as access to the Clubhouse the day before the event for set up and the day after for tear down .
