The State Board of Pardons and Paroles conducted a meeting for all employees in May. Parole's leadership delivered operational updates to staff.
“We have a great team at Parole. Every employee’s responsibilities are critical to public safety. It is important for our employees to contribute to the agency’s overall mission of public safety. We have employees at all levels making that contribution through innovative ideas, allowing us to leverage technology, creating a more efficient and effective public agency," stated Chris Barnett, Executive Director of Parole.
Employee recognition is always a key part of the agency's meetings. State Service awards were presented.
"We have great employees and many are nearing the completion of successful careers with this agency. Each milestone should be celebrated because they are truly dedicated public servants," added Chairman James Mills.
