- If a person nearby is not able to stay calm then try to stay a bit away. This is the first one that will
attract attention. Despite what you might have seen on movies, the one that stands out will be
selected along with the person next to him/her.
- Hero attempt. Under no circumstances try to be the hero. Even if you are well trained and you can
handle yourself against an attacker, others are possibly not. During a fight with an attacker even if you
do not get hit or injured, others might. Keep in mind that in case of terrorist hostage takers, they will
be probably also trained and easy on the trigger. This is not Hollywood. You do not get a second take
on the action. The only exception that can be made here is if you see that terrorists will try to start
executing hostages which will be visible on their behavior. In this case if you can take a stand, do it
