Registration Information Registration Information and Policies Registration Policy Winter Registration Dates Geneva Park District Residents Resident Registration Day Residents should mail-in, drop-off, or fax-in registration forms anytime after receipt of the brochure. Residents are not required to hold their registration forms until registration day. Forms will be processed randomly instead of in the order they are received. All registration forms received through Monday, December 5 at 9:30 pm will be held and processed randomly beginning Tuesday, December 6 at 8:30 am. Once these registrations have been completed, all registrations received on December 6 or after will be processed on a daily basis. Online-Registration (New GPD Connect) If you are a new customer, you must have a username and password assigned by the Park District, as well as, proof of residency prior to the date of registration. To obtain a username and password, visit the GPD Connect web page by going to genevaparks.org and clicking on the Register Now icon located on the right side of the page. Then click New Customer and follow the directions to complete the form. Log onto genevaparks.org, click the Register Now icon located on the right side of the page. Please note: if you are a new customer, you will need to establish a new username and verify residency prior to registering online 2. Telephone Registration Please call (630) 232-4542 or (630) 232-4501 Please note: an Annual Waiver must be completed and on file prior to registering over the phone. The waiver can be found online at genevaparks. org, click on the Programs tab, go to handbooks/waivers/forms. Please note: Payment is made by Visa, Mastercard or Discover. for important program details. 3. Fax Your Registration Complete a registration form and fax to (630) 232-4569. For those that do not, you will see these icons. These icons represent those programs where registration is only available by mail, fax or in person. An Annual Waiver must be completed and on file prior to registering over the phone. Phone Registrations can only be accepted for general programming classes for persons listed on the Annual Waiver; not accepted for Preschool, Kids Zone, summer camps, facility memberships/passes, or any gymnastics/dance payment plans. Proof of residency will be required for new accounts. Phone registrations must be done during office hours and cannot be left on the voice mail system. Resident Phone Registrations will not be taken on the first day of resident registration for each brochure season. Non- Resident Phone Registrations will not be taken on the first day of non-resident registration for each brochure season. Phone registrations must be paid by credit or debit card. The park district does not have access to card numbers from previous registrations, therefore card information is needed for each phone registration. Other forms of payment are not accepted and registration is not completed without payment. If a valid email has been provided, a receipt will be emailed for phone registrations.
