What temperature do certain meats need to be cooked at? Is
there an art to boiling water for pasta? Learn the correct way to
bake chicken breasts and make a finishing sauce. Enjoy your meal
or take it for lunch. We will touch on pantry and organization of

Women's Chorus
Ages 12+
4 Classes
Experience the four-part harmony, a cappella
style of singing known as barbershop. Women
and girls ages 12+ will join in an established
chorus rehearsal, will be taught proper singing
posture, and proper breathing techniques.
During the session, participants will learn a
variety of vocal warm-up exercises, will learn
one new song along with the chorus, as well
as join in the singing of established chorus
repertoire. Please note: all skill levels are welcome; no
previous music experience is necessary. Music is provided.
Participants under the age of 16 should be accompanied

Guitar Basics for Adults

If you’ve always dreamed of becoming a rock
star, it’s never too late to learn. Students learn
basic guitar skills including tuning theory,
technique an chords. Acoustic, electric or
classical guitars acceptable. Please note: supply
your own guitar or rent on-site. $15-$20 text book fee also

NEW! Beginning Knitting
Ages 18+

A great beginner class for anyone who has never
picked up a pair of knitting needles or for those
looking to get back into an old forgotten hobby.
You will learn how to cast on, knit, purl, bind off,
and read a knitting pattern. By the end of class,
you will have completed your very first project,
a beautiful scarf just in time for fall! Please note:
Supplies not included. Students will need to purchase A) a set
of size US 8 needles and B) 1 - Skein of worsted (4 medium)
yarn in a light color (dark colors cannot be used) of your

Follow the Leader Oil Painting
Ages 18+
Classes Vary
Instructor Tony will take through all phases
of the oil painting being worked on for the 6
week session. Composition, proportions, use
of various brushes and palette knife, and color
mixing will be covered. At the end of the session,
you will leave with a beautiful oil painting.
Beginners welcome. Please note: bring paper towels.
There is an additional canvas/paint fee due to the instructor
