Fitness Classes MetCon Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) is a fast-paced, interval based class that conditions the entire body with strength and cardio drills with little rest between.  Utilizing TRX, slam balls, weights, battle ropes, etc. MetCon jump starts your metabolism in a way that cardio training alone cannot.  You will leave stronger and leaner with a metabolism that will burn at an elevated level up to 36 hours after your workout ends. Take your body to the next level!   TRX Body Blast® TRX® provides functional training for ALL fitness levels.  Participants will use the suspension bands and their own body weight to perform various exercises, controlling intensity by adjusting their body’s position and angle.  This workout alternates 2 rounds of strength work on the straps before moving to a timed “cardio challenge”--repeating that format throughout the class as you work the entire body.
