The Tri-Cities Soccer Association (TCSA) was founded in 1977 to provide
a fun and healthy environment for area youth, from 4-19 years old, to play
soccer. Today, it has grown to be one of the largest independent youth soccer
organizations in Northern Illinois with great support from the local park
districts. We off er families three levels of participation: RECREATIONAL,
CLASSIC and PREMIER.
