Outdoor Park & Indoor Facility Rentals
Having an event, party, or wedding?
The Geneva Park District offers a variety of rental venues with affordable rates. Our community rooms are great for bridal and baby
showers, family gatherings, or business meetings. Plus, our parks make perfect locations for family reunions, gorgeous outdoor
weddings, and more.

Island Park Pavilion
This park features captivating views of the
Fox River, a new tree house playground, and
pavilion that is perfect for your next picnic,
family party, or business meeting.
AMENITIES:
• Picnic tables
• Electric outlets
• Restrooms and water fountain
• Playground nearby
Resident reservations begins January 20, 2020.
Non-resident reservations begin February 17, 2020.
Reservations are for 2020 only and are available
April 15- October 15.
Sunset Community Center
The Sunset Community Center provides
modern amenities and a large community
room that is the ideal setting for bridal/baby
showers, graduation parties and more. A
kitchen and other smaller multi-purpose rooms
are also available.
AMENITIES:
• Round or rectangular tables
• Chairs
• Podium and audio/visual system
• Access to a kitchen
Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
River Park
River Park is a picturesque setting nestled on
the banks of the Fox River. This park is available
for rental exclusively for wedding ceremonies.
AMENITIES:
• Outdoor tiered seating
• Natural Prairie
• Electric outlets
Reservations are available for the 2020 and 2021 seasons.
Please note: chairs/tables seen are not provided.
RENTAL INFORMATION
• Completed permit and full payment
are required to reserve a date.
• Permits are required for many
activities that take place on Park
District property, including trails
and ball fields.
• Rental Reservation Forms are
available to download online at
genevaparks.org.
• Stop by to tour the rooms or to
pick up a rental reservation form
at Sunset Community Center, or
Stephen D. Persinger Recreation
Center.

Wheeler Park Pavilion
The beautiful setting of Wheeler Park provides
a lot of space for your gathering. The South
Pavilion is available for rental. The North Pavilion
may be used on a first-come, first-served basis.
AMENITIES:
• Picnic tables & charcoal grills
• Electric outlets
• Restrooms and water fountain
• Mini golf, disc golf, tennis courts, and
playground nearby

Stephen D. Persinger Recreation Center
The Stephen D. Persinger Recreation Center
(SPRC) is the perfect balance between
honoring history and providing modern
recreational opportunities. The gymnasium,
kitchen, large community room, and other
rooms are available for rental.
