TRIPS - AT A GLANCE
COVID-19 UPDATE
We are following all safety guidelines to provide you a safe experience. Capacity limits for buses and trips,
along with travel restrictions may apply. Thank you for understanding.
Registration / Refund Policy
Trips are geared toward adults and seniors. However, some trips are
perfect for families and children. Children must be accompanied by an
adult.
Registration for trips is available in-person, by mail, fax, or over the
phone. Some trips offer online registration, however, trips that have
multiple pricing options are not available for online registration.
If you are unable to attend a trip you have registered for, please
let us know as soon as possible. Refunds will be given if you find a
replacement or a participant from the wait list can take that spot.
Deadlines are offered as a guideline. Please note: trip return times are approximate.
Transportation
Many of our day trips include transportation. Door-to-door pick-up service is not available. The following service may
be helpful if you live in Geneva: Ride in Kane: 630-232-7494. Geneva Township Residents may be eligible for a partial
transportation reimbursement from the Geneva Highway Department.
Trip Parking
June 8 - August 12: Parking for trips is available at Western Avenue School, 1500 Western Avenue in Geneva.
The bus will pick you up there.
August 13, 2020- June 7, 2021: Parking for trips is available at Sunset Community Center, 710 Western Avenue.
Enter the parking lot and proceed to the northwest parking area near the railroad tracks. If necessary, you may wait inside Sunset Community Center.
Pigeon Forge & Smoky Mountains Show Trip
Enjoy this 6-day, 5-night trip. Includes five nights lodging with three consecutive nights in the Smokies. Eight meals
include five breakfasts and three dinners. Plus, receive admission to the following shows: Titanic, the world’s largest
museum attraction and two dinner shows: Soul of Motown and America’s Hit Parade, two evening shows: Wonders
Of Magic and Country Tonite - one morning show: The Smith Morning Variety Show, free time in historic Downtown
Gatlinburg and a guided tour of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Trip includes motor coach, escort, treats, attraction,
shows and guided tour. Detailed flyers are available at the park district office. Deposit of $75 required to hold reservation. Final payment due no later
than 8/5. Location: Tennessee.
