Fitness Classes Barrelates Ages 14 & older 16 Classes This fusion class will have a great mix of Pilates and Barre movements. Pilates mat movements will focus on fluid muscle group movements, while building that invigorating muscle burn. Barre introduces signature ballet-inspired movements as well as high repetition body weight exercises. You will improve posture, flexibility, and strong muscle control, as well as your mind-body connection. Modifications are offered for all levels whether you are an expert or novice.
