Barrelates
Ages 14 & older

This fusion class will have a great mix of Pilates
and Barre movements. Pilates mat movements
will focus on fluid muscle group movements,
while building that invigorating muscle burn.
Barre introduces signature ballet-inspired
movements as well as high repetition body
weight exercises. You will improve posture,
flexibility, and strong muscle control, as well as
your mind-body connection. Modifications are
offered for all levels whether you are an expert

Men’s Yoga & Stretch - New Class Time

Designed exclusively for men, this basic yoga
class introduces poses that will strengthen
and stretch your muscles, improve posture and
prevent injuries. Yoga opens up the back, hips
and hamstrings typically tight in men. It also
strengthens legs, arms and abdominal muscles,
promoting energy and balance, while reducing

Restorative Yoga

your mind. Restorative yoga is a practice that
provides an opportunity to slow down and
open your body through passive stretches
allowing physical and mental balance. Through
the use of props, poses are held longer, giving
you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a style of Yoga that is internal, passive,

ground with slower transitions for longer
