technique to create an exciting and educational
experience. Equipment is provided, no crossbows. Adults
and youth welcome. Level 2 requires instructor approval.

Junior Golf - Beginner
Ages 9-12
4 Classes
Learn the proper grip, stance, aim, chipping,
putting and full swing. Please note: wear collared
shirt, golf or tennis shoes (water bottles and sunscreen
recommended). If juniors do not have clubs please come
to the first class and the staff can evaluate the proper size
needed. Advanced Beginner classes require a previous Basic

SOFTBALL CAMP
Softball Pitching Camp
Ages 8-13

This camp will review and instruct on basic
pitching mechanics with utilization of several
drills to work on arm circle, hip rotation, and
leg drive. The camp will have additional
instruction on proper warm up and cool
down. Also discussion over exercises using
body weight only to do at home to help
strengthen the athlete and help them
become less prone to injury. Handouts will
be provided for overview of the camp. A

Our focus is fun! This class is perfect to introduce
kids to the game of Lacrosse. Through games
and drills, participants will increase basic skills
and develop a passion for the game. Lacrosse

1-2-1 Lacrosse Academy

Are you new to Lacrosse or looking to improve
your skills? This class if for you! The structure
behind the 1-2-1 program involves lacrosse training
for 1 day per week, for 2 hours, for 1 month.
It also represents the number of players on the
field during game play. Players are divided by age and
gender. Each week players will work with our professional
coaching staff to develop skill sets and understanding of the
game. Each week, the session concludes with a 4v4 game,
putting what they learn each week to the test! Mouth guard
and cleats required, and bringing your own equipment is
