You’re Hired! - Interview Coaching Workshop
Ages 12-16
1 Class
Have a teen who will be interviewing for their first job or volunteer
opportunity over the next year or so? If so, let’s sharpen their “soft
skills”. This life coaching workshop will ignite excitement for your
child who will soon enter the wonderful world of the job market.
Whether it be a camp counselor, lifeguard, or volunteering at the
local 5K charitable walk, this power packed hour is a game changer!
Mock interviews, apparel choices, communication hacks, critical
thinking challenges, and teamwork scenarios will all be included
in a fun manner to drive home the point. We will also address
managing anxiety, protecting reputation, smashing negative vibes,

Learn to solve a crime, make slime, and more!
Order in the Court:
A Crime Solving Workshop
Ages 7-13
1 Class
Court is in session! We have two cases to solve.
First, an alleged carnival scam. Is the game
operator at the balloon string pull, scamming
people? Next, we will investigate something
potentially crooked about the local town
jellybean jar contest. Mysteries will be solved
with a verdict decided by the end of the hour
using analysis of facts and picture exhibits.
Class culminates with a celebration of our new
courtroom skills by devouring a decadent
chocolate gavel from Graham’s Fine Chocolates.
Skills addressed in class: Critical thinking,
communication, self-esteem.

Halloween Gore-tastic Lab
Ages 6-12
1 Class
Investigate what makes Halloween so chilling
in this electrifying science workshop. Have
fun with weird and horrifying Halloween
concepts like: puking pumpkins, static powered
witches, horrific Halloween pranks, blood and
bruises, the science of a haunted fall carnival,
creepy candy experiments, and more ghoulish
Halloween exploration! Kids will have such a
blast; they won’t even realize they are acquiring
new science concepts! Themed souvenirs

Thrills & Chills of Winter Ice Cream
Ages 6-12
1 Class
Kids will become historians and scientists for
the hour as they are introduced to this billiondollar
dessert industry. Making and eating ice
cream is a fun way to introduce early chemistry
teachings to children. We will make homemade
ice cream to indulge in like: Brown Sugar
Crunch, Peppermint Patty, Christmas cake, or
Marshmallow Snow. Next, we will sit down for
the most outrageous ice cream eating contest in
town. This is a child’s dream class and all about
putting the fun back into learning and building
self-esteem. Don’t wear your Sunday best, we will get

FUN WITH SLIME
Grinch Goo-tastic Slime Lab
Ages 6-12
1 Class
Have the slime of your life creating seasonal
slime with a grinch inspired theme. Slime
continues to be all the rage with kids and this
time our concoction lab will include all the
colors of Christmas, hearts and “ornaments”
as mix ins, along with winter scents that will
make you feel like you are in the grinch story!
Every participant will go home with the slime
they made and one other prize. Kids must
be able to follow directions well. Instructor: Lisa
