WERQ® is a dance fitness workout that torches calories while you rock out
to pop, rock, and hip-hop music. The WERQ® warmup previews the dance
steps used in class and the cooldown includes yoga inspired poses to

STRONG by Zumba™ is a High Intensity Interval Training class. Using your own body weight as resistance, you will gain muscular endurance, tone,
and definition, and you will experience an increased after-burn. Change your metabolism and get stronger, more defined muscles.
