Our people make Keele University . We are a wonderfully diverse community and strive to be a place where you can live , study or work and be supported to fulfil your potential .
In this , our fourth gender pay gap report , we reflect on the progress we have made , whilst recognising we have more to do . While the gender pay gap remains in favour of men , we are pleased that it has reduced by 2.2 % since the last reporting period .
We are not satisfied with the level of the gap and we have undertaken thorough data analysis to understand the reasons why it exists and we are committed to taking action to close it . Our senior leaders are determined to make positive and impactful action a priority , and have endorsed this report and the supporting actions .
