LETTER FROM GEMMALYN
Before I even introduce myself let me be clear; yes, this is a lifestyle
plan that is going to make you shed those extra pounds. No, this isn't
like the thousands of other plans you have tried in the past. Take my
word for it and you shall see the effectiveness for yourself as you read
on.
I'm Gemmalyn Crosby and some of you may know me as an IFBB Pro
bikini Fitness model and a professional bodybuilder. Contrary to the first
impression this may give, I am also a mother of one child. I guess this
would explain why you can trust my plan. Maintaining a figure while
taking care of children is the problem most overweight women need to
overthrow. In fact, several believe that losing weight after the birth of a
child is nearly impossible. Obviously, when you get occupied with taking
care of the household it doesn't seem possible to spend time on losing
weight, let alone having a bikini body!
This is the reason most women need a solution that will not only be
easy to follow but will last forever. It also explains why most diet plans
fail to work. Remember, if you find a diet plan too complicated you will
most likely end up going for substitutes. That's where most diet plans
fail. Also, you might find that the pounds you lose tend to come back
when you return to your normal diet. This is something you will not
experience with my plan because I am not giving you a 2-month diet
plan but a lifestyle that you can carry on forever. The good news is… It
does not mean you will be stuck with eating boring foods for the rest of
your life. In fact, you will find it so refreshing that you may even
recommend it to your friends!
