Eligible Principal Investigators (PIs) from Canada and the US are invited to propose scientific inves- tigations to begin observations in Semester 2020B. Large and Long Programs either require significantly more time than a partner typically approves for a single program or extend over two to six semesters, or both. Eligible PIs are also invited to submit Large and Long Program proposals for Subaru Intensive Programs, via the Gemini-Subaru time exchange. Letters of Intent are required to be submitted no later than February 4, 2020, with complete proposals due April 1, 2020. Details on Large and Long Programs, the proposal process, and specifics on the 2020 proposal cycle are available on the Large and Long Program webpages.
