“CATCH THE FUTURE ”ACTIVITY PLAN Learning Process Blank papers are handed out to the students. After 10 years, they are asked to dream about their knowledge, skills, experience and educational status. Students are asked to write their own CVs to use in their job application without giving any information about preparing a CV. The CVs of the volunteer students are shared with their friends. The teacher informs the students about the CVs on the shared sample resumes. Form-1 (blank CV paper) is distributed to the students after the information given. Now they are asked to write their CV again in accordance with the information they have learned. They are asked to compare their first and last CVs. What are the differences between the two CVs? Question is made on the evaluation. Student’s Reflective Activities Two volunteer students are removed from the board. One of them is the employer and the other is the candidate. The applicant applies to the same employer with his first CV and then with his last CV. A small drama work is done. How is CV prepared? In order to support the activity on the students, students are asked to do research about the professions of the future. (can be selected from the list below) Groups of 3 are created. Each of these groups will present 3 interesting professions or occupational groups in colored cardboard posters.
