Fig. 2 The fenestration is too large for sing-
le-stage implantation with bone grafting. The-
refore, a two-stage approach is opted for. First,
the infected tissue is completely removed, be-
fore the extraction socket is filled with Geistlich
Bio-Oss ® Collagen.
