Fresh Money born an rise out of Brownsville Brooklyn. Fresh Money is a producer, artist, editor and he is the founder/Ceo of (H.M.G) which stands for Hulligan Music Group. Fresh Money put out his first mixtape called "Big Billz On Decc" in October 2010. After the release of the mixtape he receive a lot of good feedback which gave him the drive to do a 2nd mixtape called "Thank God I'm Fresh" (T.G.I.F) in March.
