Geek Syndicate will be shocked at how many connections there are.” With so much going on for Neil Gibson and T Publishing, it’s a wonder he gets any writing done. He seems to have boundless energy and be doing three things at once. “Of the time I spend working on comics,” he confides, “less than five percent is spent writing. The rest is the marketing, doing interviews, trying to promote the business. I’d much rather do more writing but that’s not where it is right now.” To accomplish this Neil relies on the work practises of some of the greats: “Roald Dahl used to do two hours of writing a day and that was all he needed. John Cleese did an hour and a half, and that’s a maximum. That’s quite a good model to have. If you can do an hour and a half every day, keep at a consistent, specific, time, that’s all you need, because you have other stuff to work on.” Neil Gibson and his work can be found on www.neilgibsoncomics.com.
