preferably people who have been through this process.
4) Be patient. This is a long, tedious process with lots of ups
and downs. Being patient is one of the most difficult parts.
5) Fully understand the offers you receive. Have your CPA
and attorney explain the details of every offer, breaking it down so
you fully understand how it affects you, your company and your
team, including the tax ramifications.
6) Pick the right partner and/or buyer. Do not settle! Pick the
right group based on your principles and values. Don’t be afraid to
walk away if it doesn’t feel right.
7) Share your blessings. Give back to your team and all the
people who helped you get to this point. There’s no better feeling
in the world than sharing when you prosper.
Going forward, what are the top three business goals for
the company?
1) Focus on building a stronger relationship with the PF
corporate team by aligning our goals and sharing best practices
with our franchisor and other franchisees.
2) Grow organically, developing our current ADAs and
procuring possible acquisitions.
3) Building a strong team and infrastructure that focuses
on taking care of each other and our customers through strong
principles and values.

My fiancée’s name is Cynthia; she’s a real estate broker

110-pound Doberman, whose name is Dallas, and his best friend,
an 8-pound cat named Peggy who rules the house.

First and foremost, I work hard to be a strong Christian every
day. I believe my purpose is to help as many people as I can find
peace and joy by sharing the wisdom and gifts God has shared
with me. I strongly believe spiritual fitness and physical fitness are
the two most important things we can have in our lives, which
is why I feel very blessed to have Christ and Planet Fitness in my
life helping others. Cynthia and I also have a strong passion for
real estate investing and have just recently purchased a couple of
properties we have the opportunity to use for charity purposes.
