Of all the brand operating committees of the PF Independent Franchisee Council ( PFIFC ), the Enterprise Value Committee ( EVC ) may have the broadest , most overarching responsibilities for the Planet Fitness ® system . Each committee is responsible for representing franchisee interests and providing the council ’ s board of directors with direction in specific areas of business , such as marketing or human resources . However , the EVC ’ s duties call for it to collaborate with the brand ’ s leaders to provide input , advice and support on all

aspects of enterprise value – from evaluating pricing models to considering ideal return on investment with new club development to data strategies – to protect and enhance franchisee profitability , brand consistency and the member experience .
