Under the direction of Natasha Gilmore (Barrowland Ballet), the audience will be swept along and submerged into moving performances which explore personal histories and journeys across, to and from the Commonwealth against the ever present landscape of East London’s Docks and waterfronts. 14 Last seen at Dancing City in 2011, Pied en Sol returns with a new outdoor dance performance exploring seasonal change and transformation. Created as a roving dance performance for four dancers and a specially designed mobile structure, Spring features this whimsical French company’s hallmark fusion of dance and music, leading audiences through the four seasons by way of four short, linked performances, popping up on a very unusual dance journey.
