Western Europe is without doubt our largest region covered in the Agent Banks in Major Markets survey . Combining both continental European countries as well as the UK and Ireland , this region has numerous providers present here . With an overall rating of Good ( 5.44 ) this region has seen a slight increase since 2023 ( up 0.03 ) however excitingly over half of all category scores have seen an uptick in the last 12 months too . Most notable is Relationship Management ( 6.14 ) which improved by 24 basis points and has received the highest score this year . It is also the only category to sit in the Very Good range ( 6.00 – 6.99 ). Of course , when discussing Western Europe it would be impossible to ignore the one provider who ’ s presence is felt in nearly every market . BNP Paribas is a recurring presence throughout this section of the report , only not included in the Ireland and Luxembourg section .
