An Application for the Team www.GBMRT2016.org.uk The applications for this team were many, and varied. Which is rather fortunate, given that a successful touring rifle team must be a melting pot of different characters and characteristics. Every squad member must be able to bring their own unique skills and traits to bear within the team environment. It is then the job of the Captain to take this eclectic mix, and meld the sometimes clashing styles of the members into a winning formula, where each complements the other, and the team is greater than the sum of its parts. Every cog is vital, every role essential, if victory is to be secured. It was therefore with a sense of great relief that the Captain received the application below.
