This year marked the 44th edition of St . Madeleine Sophie ’ s Center ’ s Haute with Heart fashion event . Haute with Heart – one of SMSC ’ s signature events – featured a fashion show , special up-lifting performances by their students , delicious luncheon , auctions , opportunity drawing , and boutique shopping . St . Madeleine Sophie ’ s Center educates and empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their full potential .
