The Gala @ MCASD
Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego in La Jolla reopened in April after a four-year renovation . Recently , the Museum hosted The Gala @ MCASD , a fundraising benefit at the expanded La Jolla campus and co-chaired by Board Members Marcos RamÃrez ERRE and Dagmar Smek . The Gala @ MCASD celebrated the special exhibition which takes inspiration from the pivotal Alexis Smith exhibition , the first retrospective of the California artist in over thirty years . The guests were a very glamorous bunch with stylish and luxurious outfits fit for the first gala at this world-class museum .
