contestants participated in the second annual Just In Time for Foster Youth “ Shark Tank ” inspired entrepreneurial competition for transition age foster youth . The participants submitted their business ideas to a panel of experts to vie for the grand prize and were narrowed down to four , then one final grand-prize winner . The judges included Dr . Jay Lichter , Managing Director Avalon Ventures , Margo Turner , CEO Powerminds , and Allen Maxwell , President & CEO Omni2Max Inc . The winner , Victoria Willis , received a $ 3,000 investment to jumpstart her dream business . Victoria was coached by Marty Goodman , long-time JIT volunteer and President of Henderson Properties , Inc . Shark Tank is just one of the many Just in Time services that builds skills in work readiness and entrepreneurship .
