Voices for Children is # lightingtheway for San Diego ’ s youth in foster care . As Voices for Children begins its 40th year of service in San Diego County , the Starry Starry Night virtual event helped further their mission to serve abused , abandoned , or neglected children in foster care by pairing them with a trained Court Appointed Special Advocate ( CASA ) volunteer .
