Did you know that in just eight short years , 1 out of 4 San Diegans will be 60 years of age or older ? To meet this increasing need for age-friendly resources that support both patients and caregivers , San Diego PACE welcomed community leaders and partners to tour and participate in the ribbon cutting of its newest site in Vista . San Ysidro Health is working alongside key partners in this collaborative partnership to ensure seniors are able to age with dignity and get the care they need .
