It is no secret that our population is rapidly aging and that our families are comprised of multiple generations , sometimes living in one home . By the year 2030 , 1 in 4 San Diegans will be age 60 or older and the demand for comprehensive health services and support will continue to grow drastically . In an effort to meet the growing complex healthcare needs of our aging constituents in North County , a unique partnership has developed between Vista Community Clinic , TrueCare , Neighborhood Healthcare and San Ysidro Health . Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly ( SD PACE ) as a new resource for our North County seniors and their caregivers at 1840 West Drive , Vista , California 92083 .
San Diego PACE delivers high quality , compassionate care to adults aged 55 and older . Services are provided and coordinated by a team of geriatric specialized health care professionals who are bilingual and highly experienced in senior care .
