The New Children ’ s Museum re-opened and welcomed the community after being closed for over a year . Celebration and joy were shared by families playing and creating in the museum spaces again . As a San Diego non-profit , the Museum empowers children to think , play and create through engaging exhibitions , art-making activities , artistic performances , and educational opportunities .

El Nuevo Museo de los Niños reabrió sus puertas y dio la bienvenida a la comunidad luego de haber estado cerrados por más de un año . Las familias festejaron este feliz momento jugando y creando dentro de los espacios del museo . Siendo una organización sin fines de lucro , el objetivo del museo es el de empoderar a los niños , promoviendo el pensamiento crítico , el juego y la creatividad a través de sus atrapantes muestras , actividades y presentaciones artísticas y oportunidades educativas .
