San Ysidro Health is also proud to announce the opening of our Monoclonal Antibody Regional Center ( MARC ) in Chula Vista . This center was created to help the community infected with COVID-19 through monoclonal antibody therapy . Monoclonal antibodies help boost the immune system to fight viruses and ultimately
