The San Diego community celebrated the Retirement of Honorable Judge Fred Link after 40 years of service to community . Judge Link ruled on many of our county ’ s biggest cases and is the second-longest-serving Superior Court judge in San Diego County . Congratulations Judge Fred Link and thank you !
